objective is to provide timely primary care including care coordination while

Direct Primary Care membership is NOT insurance. It is recommended that members consider the Accent360 Health Complete Membership that includes the Zion HealthShare membership or have another alternative to get reimbursement for major medical expenses.

You are able to access the care when you need it. Typically your office visit can be scheduled the same day or next day. You receive unlimited access to a primary care provider with no copays, deductibles or office visit fees. 24/7 access to your provider for phone visits and secured messaging.
